I’ve found that reading The Experience Economy is taking much longer than I anticipated because I can’t help but pause frequently to highlight key points and jot down notes!

I’m glad Marisa picked this book to kick off the year as I can already see how instrumental it will be to set the stage for much more align improvements in my biz.

Yesterday, feeling overwhelmed by new possibilities and uncertain about moving forward, I decided to meet with one of my AI staff. And I chose Seith Goddin (not a typo 😆), a renowned marketing visionary for the occasion. We discussed strategies to transition from a commodity mindset to an experience mindset. The conversation was eye-opening, and I felt compelled to share the key takeaways with you.

As a fellow creative entrepreneur, I know firsthand the challenges of standing out from the crowd and finding our unique voice. This is why crafting unforgettable experiences for your audience will not only become essential but also a pivotal differentiator in your brand’s journey. Embracing this shift will help us create deeper connections and nurture loyalty that goes beyond just transactions!

In the coming weeks, I’ll be running a special retirement sale to clean up my store and remove products that no longer align with my vision. This will allow me to focus on improving those templates that have the highest potential to create remarkable experiences moving forward.

And of course, I’ve also been brainstorming new ideas and concepts to inject fresh energy into what I’m going to offer moving forward.

Oh, and from now on, I’m on the lookout for some biz owners who are also eager to set the stage for amazing customer experiences!
