Hey, hello Reader! 🔍 Quick Behind the Friction detour… If you’re one of my regular Friday readers, don’t worry—we’ll be back next week. Can I ask you something? When did we start selling files… Because I think we’ve accidentally convinced ourselves people are shopping for: ✔️ 50+ pages But… are they? A parent isn’t buying thirty coloring pages. They’re buying thirty peaceful minutes without hearing… A teacher isn’t buying another worksheet. They’re buying an activity that keeps twenty-five students engaged long enough to breathe. A grandparent isn’t buying a printable. They’re buying something to do together when the grandkids come over. See the difference? They’re not buying the file. They’re buying what the file makes possible. That’s the question I’m now asking myself before creating anything. Not… “What should I make next?” But… “What moment do I want to create?” Everything changes after that. The printable becomes the tool. The experience becomes the deliverable. That’s actually what happened with my new Canada vs. USA Coloring Experience. And why I pushed to make it happen even if I had told myself I was not going to create anything new before I revisit what I already have! On the surface, it looks like a holiday activity.
