🎨 Let’s play with paint

By Stephie

Hello and Welcome to the Creative Playground, Reader!

Pull up a chair, grab a coffee, and let’s see what becomes possible when we revisit, remix, and reimagine what’s already right in front of us.

Because sometimes the next opportunity isn’t something new. It’s seeing what you already have differently.

Looking for a previous issue? They are all available to read on my website.

Confession…

If everything goes according to plan, while you’re reading this, I’m probably covered in paint again. πŸ˜†

We’ve been repainting around the house lately, and tomorrow is already spoken for.

So…

For once…

I actually saw the interruption coming.

Instead of scrambling this morning, I wrote and scheduled this yesterday.

Past Stephie did Future Stephie a favor.

That deserves celebrating. πŸ˜‚

🎨 Today’s Playground

I want you to borrow something from painting.

When you paint a room, your eyes suddenly notice every little crack, bump and tiny spot you never paid attention to before.

It’s not that they magically appeared.

The paint simply made them impossible to ignore.

So here’s today’s tiny experiment.

Look at your business through “fresh paint” eyes.

What’s one tiny thing you’ve been walking past for so long that you’ve almost stopped seeing it?

Maybe it’s…

a product title,
an email,
a sentence on your homepage,
a customer question that keeps coming up,
or something that’s been whispering, “Hey… don’t forget about me.”

Sometimes all something needs is to be noticed before you know what to do next.

Don’t rush to fix it.

Just don’t walk past it again.

Curiosity tends to reveal more than urgency ever does.

And if nothing came to mind today, simply reply:

“Nothing yet.”

That’s a perfectly good place to start too.

See you next Wednesday,

StΓ©phanie

P.S. The funny thing about painting is that you spend hours preparing the walls…
…so that nobody notices them afterward.

Business can be like that too.

Sometimes the smallest improvements are the ones that make everything else shine.

NOTE: I’m moving things around in the backend to make room for a new project. Can you help me spot “bad experiences” regarding my site, your members’ area, communications, or whatever? I would really appreciate your help with this! It will make it so much easier for me to fix and improve everything that needs attention. Thank you!

Disclosure: From time to time, I will include links in the emails that would include promotions for my own products or affiliate products, meaning I get paid when you buy the product. However, I only ever mention products I love and would recommend whether I was being compensated or not. Always use due diligence when buying anything and remember, what works for me may not always work for you!

Thank you so much for your support of Stephie The Happy Mom!
