Hello Reader 👋
It’s Stephanie here, your fellow WAHM and printable creator.
Is this the name you would like to be greeted with?
If not, please click “Reply” and write me back with exactly the name I should have above. In this way, you will be helping me to improve your experience every time you open one of my messages 🤗 .
I was feeling like giving you an update on what is going on in my life lately, but wasn’t sure how to tackle it…
I was happily surprised to discover that Liz’s email template suggestion this week would provide me with the inspiration I needed to turn this personal email more … interactive 🙋♀️
So yes, this email is a little different because I feel like opening up a bit more on my not-always-so-happy WAHM’s life and tell you where I’m struggling.
And I’ve decided to not hold back from sharing for two important reasons…
- Maybe you can relate and feel less alone?
- Maybe you can help?
Because honestly? I am feeling more and more stressed out…
- Snow removal is eating up lots of my time and energy.
- Enforcing my boundaries regarding my working hours turns into a never-ending argument session.
- The bad atmosphere at my husband’s and my son’s school has repercussions at home.
- I feel bad about all the biz tasks and follow-ups that end up on the back burner.
- I’m once again the only vegetarian in the house, which complicates meal preparation and harmony 😩
And I absolutely don’t feel like sharing anything with my family because their advice used to hurt me more than it helps (so I tag them out of this very email 😏).
Some start of the year are just messier than a neglected Canva account, ya know.
What’s a gal to do?
No seriously. What should I do?
I’m curious to know how you handle those moments when you find yourself in the midst of a chaotic WAHM’s life funk.
I know the typical “take time for yourself” (I’m about to cook myself a great lunch with lots of veggies and then go out for a walk) and “talk to someone” (one of my coaches is helping me out on this) but is there anything else YOU’ve learned that helped you harmonize your biz and family life together?
I’d love to hear. Just hit reply and let me know.
🤗

P.S. I used to say that there is no such thing as feeling behind, but now I’ll add: unless it has a negative impact on others…
So, please accept my sincere apologies if I have yet to follow up with you. I’ll be right back to you as soon as I can. If it’s something urgent, please resend your request putting URGENT in the title.
Until next time, take good care of yourself and your loved ones 🤗
Disclosure: From time to time, I will include links in the emails that would include promotions for my own products or affiliate products, meaning I get paid when you buy the product. However, I only ever mention products I love and would recommend whether I was being compensated or not. Always use due diligence when buying anything and remember, what works for me may not always work for you!
