Well I guess since it’s my first email of the year it’s still appropriate to wish you a happy new year 🥂

And I want to thank you for your support during 2023 and especially during December. You made it possible for us to give our son the vacation we had planned, despite the financial strain caused by the teacher’s strike. It really means a lot to us, thank you!

Now, you may not hear again from me for a few days since we’re on the eve of a severe winter storm. Although we’re in the heart of the city, for some reason our area is susceptible to power outages… We’re ready to face it and my mom is ready to welcome us if needed! So for now, all is all well as it can be.
Except that I’m still behind following up with some of you. I feel terrible about that 😩
I used to say that there is no such thing as feeling behind, but now I’ll add: unless it has a negative impact on others…
So, please accept my sincere apologies for the delay. I’ll be right back to you as soon as I can. If it’s something urgent, please resend your request putting URGENT in the title.
