Hello and Welcome to the Creative Playground, Reader! Pull up a chair, grab a coffee, and let’s see what becomes possible when we revisit, remix, and reimagine what’s already right in front of us. Because sometimes the next opportunity isn’t something new. It’s seeing what you already have differently. Looking for a previous issue? They are all available to read on my website. ~ 🎨 ~ Last week, I was talking about how the world probably doesn’t need more products. And then this week… At least, that’s what it looks like from the outside. The truth is a little more interesting. I haven’t participated in a collaborative event in years. Yet somehow, when Becky announced her upcoming Schools In for Summer: $7 Deals for Back to School event, something nudged me to say Count me in! I wasn’t looking for another project. And yet… One brand new. The second one was easy. It’s something I originally created last summer for The Nest. The first one, though? It didn’t start as a business idea. That’s it. No grand plan. Just curiosity. As I started tweaking it, testing things, and exploring what was possible… I found myself thinking: “Huh…” Then: “Oh…” Then: “Wait a minute…” 😆 Because the more I played with it, the more possibilities started revealing themselves. And honestly? Without Becky’s event, it probably would have stayed buried somewhere in my “this could be fun someday” pile. You know the one. The pile full of ideas that aren’t urgent enough to make the top of the list. That’s what struck me this week. We often think creativity means creating something new. But sometimes creativity looks like: finishing something Sometimes the most interesting opportunities aren’t the ones we’re actively searching for. They’re the ones already sitting nearby, quietly waiting for us to notice them. The sale goes live next Monday, so I prefer to let the curiosity build until then. But I will say this: I’m ridiculously excited to finally share what I’ve been working on. Not because I think I’ve created the next big thing. But because I love watching what happens when an idea leaves my computer and starts becoming an experience for someone else. And if all goes according to plan…
PS: Becky’s new training just went live! It’s definitely worth checking out if you want to use AI to create and sell awesome stationery products online without all the usual hassle. PS: AI made creating easier. These can help you see things from a different lens: 👉 https://stephiethehappymom.com/log/kit 👉 https://stephiethehappymom.com/snapshot/kit . === . NOTE: I’m moving things around in the backend to make room for a new project. Can you help me spot “bad experiences” regarding my site, your members’ area, communications, or whatever? I would really appreciate your help with this! It will make it so much easier for me to fix and improve everything that needs attention. Thank you! === . Disclosure: From time to time, I will include links in the emails that would include promotions for my own products or affiliate products, meaning I get paid when you buy the product. However, I only ever mention products I love and would recommend whether I was being compensated or not. Always use due diligence when buying anything and remember, what works for me may not always work for you! Thank you so much for your support of Stephie The Happy Mom!
