Let’s be honest…
July didn’t just fly—it clawed its way through our calendars.

One minute, I was floating on creative flow.
The next? Drowning in laundry, to-dos, and endless “Mom, can you just…” requests.

But this morning, something clicked.

I opened our Nest WhatsApp group to remind everyone about today’s Spark Session—only to realize one of us couldn’t make it. And since we’re still a small, cozy circle right now, we did what we do best:
We stayed flexible.

And then… an idea sparked:
​What if I just record the session solo—and everyone can watch it on their own time?

No pressure. No rescheduling drama. Just… flow.

Even better?

After watching, members can pop back into the group to share their takeaways, creative sparks, or whatever showed up for them.

Because it’s summer—and honestly, shouldn’t we build around our lives instead of bending ourselves out of shape to fit into a schedule?

Old me might’ve seen this as a flop.
But Field Trip me? I made a fresh coffee, opened Canva, and hit record.

What came out is a short, juicy Spark Session you can watch anytime.
