I haven’t been in great shape lately. Instead of beating myself up to achieve as much as possible (like I used to in the past), I decided to pick one top priority for the day. Once completed, I would adjust the rest of my day according to the energy I had. Indeed, a nap would often find its way into the afternoon schedule.
Don’t get me wrong, I do find writing to you is important. Given the circumstances, it simply doesn’t make it to the top priority of any day lately.
But today is different.
