A week ago, I was busting that myth around “feeling behind”.
I’m saying it again loud and clear: There’s no such thing as ‘behind’ in our world. Our journeys are not linear. They’re like abstract art – full of twists, turns, and vibrant splashes of color.

Today, I want to circle back with some thoughts that kept nagging me lately…
How can I create a life and business I love if I’m always playing catch-up, always reacting instead of creating?
I’m tired of feeling like my priorities are being dictated by the world around me, instead of mindfully choosing the ones that will make a real difference.
So this past weekend, I chose me!
Well, the decision actually was made a few weeks ago when I discovered that there would be a virtual live event happening over the same weekend as the invitation to go camping with my mother, sister, and her daughter.

And I know I’m not alone in this everyday-life-decision kind of struggle.
There are so many of us, especially us creative WAHMs, who are feeling the same way.
But here’s what I’ve discovered: The answer lies within us. It’s about not just reacting, but proactively shaping our lives and businesses. It’s about embracing the journey, learning from the challenges, and celebrating the victories, no matter how small.
So, here’s what I want – not just for me, but for all you creative WAHMs out there. Let’s stop reacting. Let’s start creating. Let’s take control of our lives and our businesses.
Let’s make time to create before we react.
Same letters, different outcome. It’s a simple shift, but it can make all the difference.
The world doesn’t need more reactors.
It needs more creators.
Let’s be those creators!
