The plot twist I didn’t expect this week

This week reminded me of something I tend to forget:

You can build something aligned, true, exciting…
and still hear…

That’s what happened to me.

I poured my heart into a transformational experience.
It felt right.
It felt alive.

Only to hear silence.

And because I’m human, the thoughts showed up:

“Does this even matter?”
“Did I get it wrong?”
“Should I just close this and move on?”

That’s when I caught myself doing something new — something I didn’t even realize had become part of me.

Instead of spiraling, I shifted lenses.

This is what an experience mindset actually looks like.

Experience design didn’t just change how I create… it changed how I think.

And from that place, a better question finally showed up:

“What if the idea was right… but the timing was wrong?”

And suddenly, everything made sense.

This season is chaotic.
People don’t want depth — they want lightness.
They don’t want pressure — they want quick wins.
They don’t want another commitment — they want clarity and ease.

So instead of forcing something that wasn’t landing,
I pivoted.

I kept the heart of the idea,
softened the container,
and rebuilt it around the season we’re actually in.

It’s called XPify and I’ll release it just after Black Friday.
