Ever tried to bake a cake without a recipe?

Let me tell you, it’s a challenging experience 😆

You see, I’m a former pastry chef by trade with a limited memory. I’ve mastered the basics, but I struggle to remember recipes and proportion correctly.

Even so, that doesn’t stop me from taking the plunge when I feel like cooking with what I’ve got on hand.

The results are always surprising, but not always satisfactory!
