Hello, hello Reader 👋 Is this the name you would like to be greeted with? I’ve been sharing some thoughts in my recent emails about how our experiences, whether positive or negative, really influence how we create the experiences we offer to our own customers. With taxes (finally done!) and Easter (great family time), I’m running late to get back to all of you, but I’m going to, because what you’ve shared has been so inspiring!
