They are all available to read on my website. ~ 🎨 ~ I’ve got a list. Before you ask… No, it’s not an email list. It’s not a to-do list either. And it is definitely not Finch’s list. Nobody wants to be on Finch’s list. Mine is the opposite. It’s my People of Interest list.
The name is a deliberate nod. Not people I want to pitch. Not people I think I’m supposed to network with. Not people I’ve placed on some mysterious VIP waiting list, behind a velvet rope with a bouncer checking names very seriously. 😂 Just people whose work makes me pause. People I’m curious about. People I’d genuinely be delighted to know better. The kind of people I want to root for, pay attention to, and perhaps send a thoughtful note to because something caught my attention. And honestly? Being on someone’s list like that? Not because it comes with a secret badge, unlimited snacks, or access to an exclusive lounge. But because somebody saw what you were doing and thought: That is the kind of list I’m building. Over the next few months, I’m working my way through it one real person at a time. No elaborate networking machine. No awkward “just checking in” messages copied and pasted into the wild. Just genuine interest, a little courage, and seeing where a conversation might go. Who knows? Maybe one day you’ll get a note from me that feels a little more personal than usual. Now you’ll know why. 👀 P.S.
